国家税务总局关于下发试点物流企业名单（第五批）的通知

各省、自治区、直辖市和计划单列市国家税务局、地方税务局：
    根据《国家税务总局关于试点物流企业有关税收政策问题的通知》（国税发〔2005〕208号）的有关规定，经国家发改委和国家税务总局确认，现将第五批试点物流企业名单予以公布（具体企业名单见附件）。纳入试点范围的物流企业，有关税收问题按国税发〔2005〕208号文件执行。
    本通知自2009年12月1日起执行。
