北京市国家税务局：
根据《国家税务总局关于印发〈第29届奥运会组委会新购车辆免征车辆购置税具体操作办法〉的通知》（国税函〔2005〕671号，以下简称《办法》），对第29届奥运会组委会申请2006年计划购置的公务车（免税指标详见附件），请严格按照《办法》中的有关规定为车主办理免税手续。免税车辆照片请在总局PTP服务器“LOCAL／流转税司／消费税处／免税图册／2006年免税指标”地址下载。
