根据《国家税务总局关于中国工商银行股份有限公司等企业企业所得税有关征管问题的通知》（国税函〔2010〕184号）规定，现将国家开发银行股份有限公司所属二级分支机构名单予以公布。《国家税务总局关于印发中国工商银行股份有限公司等企业所属二级分支机构名单的公告》（2010年第21号）公布的国家开发银行股份有限公司二级分支机构名单作废。
