海南省人民政府：
经国务院同意，现将《海南自由贸易港鼓励类产业目录（2020年本）》（以下简称《目录》）印发你省，请遵照执行。
在执行过程中，如不能准确判定企业主营业务是否属于《目录》，可由你省税务等部门提请省发展改革部门出具意见；关于离岸新型国际贸易的范围，由财政部、税务总局商有关部门进行解释。
