财政部国家税务总局关于提高纺织品服装出口退税率的通知

各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅（局）、国家税务局，新疆生产建设兵团财务局：
经国务院批准，从2009年2月1日起，将纺织品、服装出口退税率提高到15%。具体商品清单见附件。
具体执行时间，以 “出口货物报关单（出口退税专用）”海关注明的出口日期为准。
特此通知。
