海关总署：
根据2007版《中华人民共和国进出口税则》及《财政部 国家税务总局关于印发〈农业产品征税范围注释〉的通知》（财税字〔1995〕52号）、《财政部 国家税务总局关于调整部分商品进口环节增值税税率的通知》（财税字〔2000〕296号），自2007年4月1日起，对生皮、生毛皮等动物皮张类商品（具体税号见附件）的进口环节增值税按13％的税率计征。
