河南省财政厅、地方税务局： 经研究决定，自2005年5月1日起，将你省焦作矿务局、鹤壁矿务局、义马矿务局煤炭资源税适用税额分别提高至每吨3元、3元、2.5元，其他煤矿煤炭资源税适用税额统一提高至每吨4元。 请遵照执行。
