北京市财政局，北京海关，国家税务总局北京市税务局：
为坚持基本医疗卫生事业公益属性，支持艾滋病防治工作，自2021年1月1日至2030年12月31日，对卫生健康委委托进口的抗艾滋病病毒药物，免征进口关税和进口环节增值税。享受免税政策的抗艾滋病病毒药物名录及委托进口单位由卫生健康委确定，并送财政部、海关总署、税务总局。
