根据国务院深化行政审批制度改革要求，现将税务行政许可事项予以公告。
各级税务机关应当依据《中华人民共和国行政许可法》的相关规定实施税务行政许可，认真落实《国家税务总局关于进一步深化税务行政审批制度改革工作的意见》（税总发〔2015〕102号），深入推进简政放权、放管结合、优化服务，不断提高税收管理和服务效能。
