现将转让小火电机组容量指标营业税问题公告如下：
按照《国家税务总局关于印发〈营业税税目注释(试行稿)〉的通知》(国税发[1993]149号)规定，纳税人转让小火电机组容量指标的行为，暂不征收营业税。
本公告自2014年2月1日起施行。此前已发生但尚未处理的事项，按照本公告规定执行。
