国家税务总局关于中国银行股份有限公司等4家企业二级分支机构名单的公告

根据《国家税务总局关于中国工商银行股份有限公司等企业企业所得税有关征管问题的通知》（国税函〔2010〕184号）规定，现将中国银行股份有限公司、中国进出口银行、中国农业发展银行、中国建银投资有限责任公司所属二级分支机构名单予以公布。上述4家企业新成立的二级分支机构自成立之日起纳入所属企业的二级分支机构管理，相关涉及企业所得税事宜按国税函〔2010〕184号文件规定办理。
特此公告。
