根据《国务院办公厅关于做好规章清理工作有关问题的通知》（国办发〔2010〕28号），我局对税收规范性文件进行了全面清理。清理结果已经2010年12月7日第17次局长办公会审议通过。现将《现行有效的税收规范性文件目录》予以发布。
