关于废止部分广播影视规章的决定
国家广播电影电视总局令第55号

按照《国务院办公厅关于开展行政法规规章清理工作的通知》(国办发〔2007〕12号)的要求，经过对广播影视现行规章的清理，根据《规章制定程序条例》的相关规定，我局决定废止下列2件广播影视规章：
一、《电视剧管理规定》(2000年6月15日国家广播电影电视总局令第2号)
二、《广播电视节目出品人持证上岗暂行规定》(2001年12月31日国家广播电影电视总局令第9号)
