《中外合作制作电视剧管理规定》的补充规定

国家广播电影电视总局令第57号

为促进中外影视文化交流与合作，鼓励海外服务提供者与我广播电视节目制作机构合拍电视剧，现对《中外合作制作电视剧管理规定》(国家广播电影电视总局第41号令)作出如下补充规定：
一、自2008年2月14日起，与台湾地区及境外的法人、自然人合作制作电视剧立项的分集梗概，为每集不少于1500字。
二、与台湾地区及境外的法人、自然人合作制作电视剧的其他规定，仍参照《中外合作制作电视剧管理规定》执行。
三、本规定自2008年2月14日起施行。
