关于废止《中外合资、合作广播电视节目制作经营企业管理暂行规定》的决定
根据《规章制定程序条例》的相关规定，决定废止《中外合资、合作广播电视节目制作经营企业管理暂行规定》（广电总局 商务部令第44号）。
