国家矿山安全监察局，各省、自治区、直辖市应急管理厅（局），新疆生产建设兵团应急管理局，部机关各司局：
经研究，决定废止原国家安全监管总局印发《关于在高危行业推进安全生产责任保险的指导意见》（安监总政法〔2009〕137号）。
特此通知。
