各省、自治区、直辖市应急管理厅（局）、文物局（文化和旅游厅/局）、消防救援总队，新疆生产建设兵团应急管理局、文物局：
为深入贯彻习近平总书记关于安全生产重要论述，全面加强文物建筑和博物馆火灾防范工作，应急管理部、国家文物局研究制定了《文物建筑火灾风险防范指南（试行）》《文物建筑火灾风险检查指引（试行）》和《博物馆火灾风险防范指南（试行）》《博物馆火灾风险检查指引（试行）》。现印发给你们，请结合实际认真贯彻落实，广泛开展宣传培训，督促指导文物建筑和博物馆管理使用单位遵照执行。
