安全生产文件的通知
应急〔2018〕32号
各省、自治区、直辖市及新疆生产建设兵团安全生产监督管理局，各省级煤矿安全监察局：
为贯彻落实全面依法治国基本方略及党中央、国务院关于加强法治政府建设的决策部署,进一步推进应急管理部门依法行政，经商有关部委和单位，并经应急管理部部长办公会议审议通过，决定对554件安全生产文件宣布失效。有关文件自本通知印发之日起一律停止执行，不再作为行政管理的依据。
