各省级煤矿安全监察局，总局及煤矿安监局机关各司局，驻总局纪检组，应急指挥中心：
为深入贯彻落实《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》（国务院令第492号）和中央办公厅、国务院办公厅《关于全面推进政务公开工作的意见》，提升国家安全监管总局信息公开规范化水平，根据《国务院办公厅印发<关于全面推进政务公开工作的意见>实施细则的通知》（国办发〔2016〕80号)、《国务院办公厅关于印发2017年政务公开工作要点的通知》（国办发〔2017〕24号）的规定，总局制定了《国家安全监管总局主动公开基本目录》，现印发你们，请认真贯彻落实。
国家煤矿安全监察局、国家安全生产应急救援指挥中心、各省级煤矿安全监察局主动公开基本目录，根据本部门、本单位职能参照执行，相关信息在本部门、本单位政府网站公开。
