企业使用甲醇进行生产作业的通知
安监总厅管三〔2014〕40号
各省、自治区、直辖市及新疆生产建设兵团安全生产监督管理局：
甲醇是一种有毒危险化学品，易经胃肠道、呼吸道和皮肤吸收，对人体产生健康危害，可致视神经损害，引起失明，急性中毒表现为头痛、眩晕、乏力、嗜睡和轻度意识障碍等，重者出现昏迷和癫痫样抽搐，甚至死亡。近年来，部分烟花爆竹生产企业用甲醇代替乙醇进行亮珠制造、点尾药调湿等生产作业，由于职业卫生条件不达标、防护措施不到位，导致一些作业人员中毒甚至个别人员失明。
为防止类似事件再次发生，切实保护烟花爆竹生产作业人员健康，各地区要充分认识甲醇的毒性危害，高度重视职业健康保护工作，组织对烟花爆竹生产企业进行一次全面排查，严禁烟花爆竹生产企业使用甲醇代替乙醇进行亮珠制造、点尾药调湿等生产作业，对违规使用甲醇的，要依法严肃查处。
