安监总厅管三函〔2013〕181号
江西省安全生产监督管理局：
你局《关于加油站采用阻隔防爆技术改造安全距离核定有关问题的请示》（赣安监管文字〔2013〕286号）收悉。经研究，现函复如下：
一、新建、扩建和改建的汽车加油站工程的设计和施工，应当执行《汽车加油加气站设计与施工规范》（GB50156-2012，自 2013 年 3 月 1 日起 实施）。
二、现有加油站的汽油罐加装阻隔防爆装置的，应当符合《汽车加油加气站设计与施工规范》（GB50156-2006）第 4. 0.4A 条的规定。
