车用燃料生产经营许可及监管问题的复函
安监总厅管三函〔2012〕101号
黑龙江省安全生产监督管理局：
你局《关于车用燃料生产经营许可及监管问题的请示》（黑安监发〔2012〕73号）收悉。经研究，现函复如下：
一、根据《危险化学品安全管理条例》（国务院令第591号）的有关规定，车用燃料（如甲醇汽油、醇烃复合燃料等）未列入《危险化学品名录》（2002年版）的，暂不纳入危险化学品安全生产行政许可范围。
二、因甲醇汽油已列入《首批重点监管的危险化学品名录》（安监总管三〔2011〕95号），各级安全监管部门应当对甲醇汽油实施重点监管，督促生产、储存、使用、经营甲醇汽油的企业切实履行安全生产主体责任，并加强安全监督检查。
