培训大纲和考核标准（试行）的通知
安监总培训〔2011〕112号
各省、自治区、直辖市及新疆生产建设兵团安全生产监督管理局：
为贯彻落实《特种作业人员安全技术培训考核管理规定》（国家安全监管总局令第30号），确保特种作业人员安全技术培训考核工作顺利开展，国家安全监管总局组织编写了高压电工作业等41个操作项目《特种作业人员安全技术培训大纲和考核标准（试行）》（《煤矿特种作业人员安全技术培训大纲和考核标准》由国家煤矿安监局另行发布），现予印发，请遵照执行。
各地区应按照培训大纲和考核标准要求，进一步加强特种作业人员安全技术培训和考核工作。在执行过程中如遇到问题，请及时反馈国家安全监管总局人事司（联系人及电话：王群兴、高泉，010-64463082〈带传真〉）。
