View the original in the STA policy and regulations library为完善跨境人民币业务管理制度体系，中国人民银行、财政部、商务部、海关总署、税务总局、金融监管总局根据工作实际对有关规范性文件进行了清理，现决定废止《中国人民银行 财政部 商务部 海关总署 国家税务总局 银监会关于扩大跨境贸易人民币结算试点有关问题的通知》（银发〔2010〕186号）、《中国人民银行 财政部 商务部 海关总署 税务总局 银监会关于扩大跨境贸易人民币结算地区的通知》（银发〔2011〕203号）、《中国人民银行办公厅 财政部办公厅 商务部办公厅 海关总署办公厅 国家税务总局办公厅 银监会办公厅关于出口货物贸易人民币结算企业重点监管名单的函》（银办函〔2012〕381号）3件规范性文件。
本公告自公布之日起施行。
