View the original in the STA policy and regulations library国家外汇管理局、海关总署、国家税务总局宣布废止《国家外汇管理局 海关总署 国家税务总局关于货物贸易外汇管理制度改革的公告》（国家外汇管理局公告2012年第1号）。货物贸易外汇业务按照《国家外汇管理局关于印发〈经常项目外汇业务指引（2020年版）〉的通知》（汇发〔2020〕14号）和《国家外汇管理局关于进一步优化贸易外汇业务管理的通知》（汇发〔2024〕11号）等有关规定执行。本决定自公布之日起施行。
