国家税务总局关于废止《车辆购置税征收管理办法》的决定
根据第十三届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第七次会议通过的《中华人民共和国车辆购置税法》，国家税务总局决定自2019年7月1日起废止《车辆购置税征收管理办法》（国家税务总局令第33号公布，第38号、第44号修改）。
