View the original in the STA policy and regulations library为贯彻落实中办、国办印发的《关于进一步深化税收征管改革的意见》，严格规范税务执法行为，并与新修订实施的《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》等法律规定相衔接，国家税务总局修订了部分税务执法文书，现将修订后的税务执法文书式样予以公布。
本公告自2021年8月11日起施行。《国家税务总局关于印发全国统一税收执法文书式样的通知》（国税发〔2005〕179号）、《国家税务总局关于发布〈税务稽查执法文书式样〉的公告》（2012年第2号）、《国家税务总局关于发布〈社会保险费及其他基金规费文书式样〉的公告》（2015年第98号）、《国家税务总局关于修订税务行政处罚（简易）执法文书的公告》（2017年第33号）中附件对应的文书同时废止。
特此公告。
