View the original in the STA policy and regulations library为深入贯彻落实党的十八届三中全会、四中全会精神，持续推进依法治税和“便民办税春风行动”，根据《国家税务总局关于推行税收执法权力清单制度的指导意见》（税总发〔2014〕162号）和《国家税务总局关于印发〈推行税务行政处罚权力清单制度工作方案〉的通知》（税总函〔2014〕652号）要求，税务总局对法律、行政法规和部门规章设定的税务行政处罚权力事项进行了梳理和确认，现将《第一批税务行政处罚权力清单》予以发布。
各级税务机关应当严格按照权力清单行使权力，自觉接受社会监督。
