在选举日不得进行拉票活动。

会场按座区设投票箱，选举会议成员按座区分别到指定的票箱投票。

投票时，首先由总监票人、监票人投票，然后主席团成员和选举会议其他成员按顺序投票。

选举会议成员不得委托他人投票。
