对于搜查、查封、扣押、冻结、勘验、检查、辨认、侦查实验等活动中形成的笔录存在争议，需要调查人员、侦查人员以及上述活动的见证人出庭陈述有关情况的，公诉人可以建议合议庭通知其出庭。
