Repealed

民事行政检察部门在办理民事公益诉讼案件过程中，发现国家工作人员涉嫌贪污贿赂、渎职侵权等职务犯罪线索的，应当及时移送职务犯罪侦查部门；发现其他刑事犯罪线索的，应当及时移送侦查监督部门。
