Repealed

上级人民检察院认为确有必要的，可以办理下级人民检察院管辖的民事诉讼监督案件。

下级人民检察院对有管辖权的民事诉讼监督案件，认为需要由上级人民检察院办理的，可以报请上级人民检察院办理。
