《国家税务总局关于废止〈增值税一般纳税人登记管理办法〉的决定》已经2025年12月31日国家税务总局第4次局务会议审议通过，现予公布，自公布之日起施行。

国家税务总局关于废止《增值税一般纳税人登记管理办法》的决定
根据《中华人民共和国增值税法》及其实施条例，国家税务总局决定自2026年1月1日起废止《增值税一般纳税人登记管理办法》（国家税务总局令第43号）。
