经国务院同意，《国有公益性收藏单位进口藏品免税规定》自2024年5月1日起至2027年12月31日实施。《国有公益性收藏单位进口藏品免税暂行规定》（财政部 海关总署 税务总局公告2009年第2号）自2024年5月1日起停止执行。
特此公告。
