国家税务总局关于发布影视等出口服务编码及2015A版出口退税率文库（升级包）的通知

各省、自治区、直辖市和计划单列市国家税务局：
根据《财政部 国家税务总局关于影视等出口服务适用增值税零税率政策的通知》（财税〔2015〕118号），国家税务总局编制了影视等出口服务编码表，并制作了2015A版出口退税率文库升级包。现将有关事项通知如下：
一、升级包放置在国家税务总局FTP通讯服务器“程序发布”目录下，请各地及时下载，在出口退税审核系统进行退税率文库升级，并及时发放给出口企业。
二、对执行中发现的问题，各地请及时报告国家税务总局（货物劳务税司）。
