你局《关于更正中粮集团境外注册中资控股居民企业环宇泛达有限公司（GOLBAL LANDER LIMITED）英文名称的请示》（京国税发〔2014〕51号）收悉。经研究，批复如下：
《国家税务总局关于中粮集团所属境外企业认定为居民企业的批复》（税总函〔2013〕183号）附件《中粮集团（香港）有限公司等164家境外企业名单》中的第117号环宇泛达有限公司（GOLBAL LANDER LIMITED）因企业提交材料笔误，造成名称有误,其英文名称“GOLBAL LANDER LIMITED”更正为“GLOBAL LANDER LIMITED”。
