为了加大节能产品和环境标志产品政府采购工作力度，财政部、发展改革委近期对已发布的“节能产品政府采购清单”进行了调整，财政部、环境保护部对已发布的“环境标志产品政府采购清单”进行了调整。现将《财政部 国家发展改革委关于调整公布第十三期节能产品政府采购清单的通知》（财库〔2013〕12号）和《财政部 环境保护部关于调整公布第十一期环境标志产品政府采购清单的通知》（财库〔2013〕14号）转发给你们，请结合工作实际认真贯彻执行。执行中如有问题，请与税务总局（集中采购中心）联系。
