国家税务总局关于核查第十九批新申请国家认定企业技术中心企业依法纳税情况的通知

各省、自治区、直辖市和计划单列市国家税务局、地方税务局：
根据《国家认定企业技术中心管理办法》(国家发展和改革委员会 科学技术部 财政部 海关总署 国家税务总局令2007年第53号)的规定，国家发展和改革委员会会同有关主管部门通过初审，确定了2012年(第19批)申请国家认定企业技术中心企业名单(见附件)。现将名单下发你局，请你局按照《国家税务总局关于国家认定企业技术中心和国家中小企业公共技术服务示范平台纳税情况核查有关问题的公告》(国家税务总局公告2012年第26号)的有关规定，对名单所列企业的依法纳税情况进行核查。核查结果请于7月1 5日前上报税务总局(货物和劳务税司)。
