各省、自治区、直辖市和计划单列市国家税务局、局内各单位：
为了加大环境标志产品、节能产品政府采购工作力度，财政部、环境保护部对已发布的“环境标志产品政府采购清单”进行了调整，下发了《财政部 环境保护部关于调整公布第八期环境标志产品政府采购清单的通知》（财库[2011]108号） 》；财政部、发展改革委对已发布的“节能产品政府采购清单”进行了调整，下发了《财政部 发展改革委关于调整公布第十期节能产品政府采购清单的通知》（财库[2011]109号） 》。现将这两个文件转发给你们，请结合工作实际认真贯彻执行。执行中如有问题，请及时向税务总局（集中采购中心）反映。
