国家税务总局关于核查国家认定企业技术中心初评通过企业依法纳税情况的通知

各省、自治区、直辖市和计划单列市国家税务局：
根据《国家认定企业技术中心管理办法》（国家发展和改革委员会 科学技术部 财政部 海关总署 国家税务总局令第53号）的规定，近期国家有关主管部门开展了2010年国家认定企业技术中心的前期工作。现将已经通过初评的申请企业名单下发你局，请按照《国家税务总局关于执行〈国家认定企业技术中心管理办法〉有关问题的通知》（国税发[2007]78号）规定的要求，对名单所列企业的依法纳税情况及涉税违法行为进行核查。核查结果请务必于2010年9月30日前上报税务总局（货物和劳务税司）。
