根据《国务院办公厅关于建立政府强制采购节能产品制度的通知》（国办发[2007]51号），为了加大节能产品政府采购工作力度，财政部、国家发展改革委最近对已发布的“节能产品政府采购清单”进行了调整。现将《财政部 国家发展改革委关于调整节能产品政府采购清单的通知》（财库[2010]82号）转发给你们，请结合工作实际认真贯彻执行。执行中如有问题，请及时向税务总局（集中采购中心）反映。
