各省、自治区、直辖市和计划单列市国家税务局、地方税务局：
最近一些地方反映《国家税务总局关于印发全国统一税收执法文书式样的通知》（国税发[2005]179号）中的“税务处理决定书”式样规定的行政复议时限不够明确。现将修订的“税务处理决定书”式样及使用说明印发给你们，请遵照执行。执行中遇到的问题，请及时上报国家税务总局（征收管理司、稽查局）。
