你局《关于纳税人利用废渣生产白银能否免征增值税问题的请示》（皖国税发[2007]172号）收悉。经研究，批复如下：
根据《财政部 国家税务总局关于继续对部分资源综合利用产品等实行增值税优惠政策的通知》（财税[1996]20号）规定，对企业利用废液（渣）生产的白银免征增值税。
