北京、河北、内蒙古、辽宁、吉林、上海、山东、湖南、广东、广西、海南、四川、重庆、贵州、云南、青海省（区、市）国家税务局：
现将安华农业保险股份有限公司和阳光财产保险股份有限公司新增分支机构缴纳企业所得税的问题通知如下：
从2006年度起，按照《国家税务总局关于汇总（合并）纳税企业实行统一计算、分级管理、就地预缴、集中清算所得税问题的通知》（国税发〔2001〕13号）规定，上述2家公司新增的分支机构（名单见附件），由公司总部汇总缴纳企业所得税。
