北京市国家税务局：
根据《国家税务总局关于印发〈第29届奥运会组委会新购车辆免征车辆购置税具体操作办法〉的通知》（国税函〔2005〕671号）（以下简称办法），对第29届奥运会组委会申请的2005年计划购置的公务车（详见附件）免征车辆购置税，请严格按照办法中的有关规定为车主办理免税手续。免税车辆照片及《北京奥组委专用车辆卡》式样请在总局FTP服务器：“LOCAL/流转税司/消费税处/免税图册”地址下载。
