各省、自治区、直辖市和计划单列市国家税务局、地方税务局：

为贯彻落实《个体工商户税收定期定额管理办法》(国家税务总局令第16号)，现将个体工商户税收定期定额管理中使用的税收执法文书和有关报表式样印发给你们，自2007年1月1日起执行。

2.定期定额个体工商户税纳税分月汇总申报表.DOC

3.个体工商户定额核定汇总审批表.DOC

4.个体工商户定额核定审批表.DOC

5.核定定额通知书(代替国税发〔2005〕179号文中的《核定(调整)定额通知书》).DOC

6.不予变更纳税定额通知书.DOC

7.未达起征点通知书.DOC
