为规范加工贸易银行保证金台帐管理，现决定废止《海关总署、中国银行、国家计委、国家经贸委、财政部、外经贸部、中国人民银行、国家税务总局关于公布实施〈关于对加工贸易进口料件试行银行保证金台帐制度暂行管理办法〉的通知》（署监〔1995〕908号），该规范性文件自本公告发布之日起停止执行。
