根据国家认定企业技术中心2000年评价结果，洛阳春都集团股份有限公司、柳州工程机械企业集团公司、成都无缝钢管厂、彩虹电子集团公司、邮电部成都电缆厂、新疆锂盐厂、佛山电子工业集团有限公司、襄阳汽车轴承集团公司、中国扬子石油化工公司等9家企业技术中心不合格。青海工程机械（集团）有限责任公司因调整重组，申请注销国家认定企业技术中心。按照《关于调整〈企业技术中心认定与评价办法〉及〈企业技术中心评价指标体系〉的通知》，决定撤销上述10家国家认定企业技术中心资格，停止享受优惠政策。
