       为贯彻落实《国务院关于实施〈国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要（2006～2020年）〉若干配套政策的通知》（国发〔2006〕6号）要求，鼓励企业引进国外先进适用技术，商务部和国家税务总局联合制定了《中国鼓励引进技术目录》，现予以发布。供各部门、各地区及有关机构在开展技术引进工作时参考使用。
