海关总署、民航局：
经国务院批准，自2013年8月30日起，对按此前规定所有减按4%征收进口环节增值税的空载重量在25吨以上的进口飞机，调整为按5%征收进口环节增值税。同时，停止执行《财政部 国家税务总局关于调整国内航空公司进口飞机有关增值税政策的通知》（财关税[2004]43号）。
